Our story

Based out of Northwest Florida, Omega National Title Agency has been providing efficient title insurance with great rates and service throughout all of Florida for years. We’re a forward-thinking company that prides itself on staying ahead of the industry — every branch is ALTA Best Practices certified, which means we comply with CFPB and Data Call requirements, and we maintain a standard operating platform to ensure consistent, efficient operations.

Due to our large volume of closings and a staff with over 75 years combined experience, our licensed title agents have worked on every possible type of transaction. We understand how to solve title issues before they become closing-day problems. Unlike smaller title companies, Omega National has the diversity and financial strength to excel in any market — from single-family refinance to multi-parcel commercial.

Our objective

To build a national presence by recruiting top title professionals in each market and developing key relationships with builders, Realtors, attorneys, and bankers. To lead the consolidation of the Florida title industry over the next few years, and to keep every customer’s needs first.

Concierge-level service

We provide closing apps for buyers and sellers through cutting-edge technology, host regular no-cost training workshops for Realtors and mortgage brokers, and keep attorneys on staff to assist with legal matters. Our closers are tri-lingual — English, Spanish, and Creole — so nothing gets lost in translation.
